Closer to home

The continued rising cost of rent is causing many low income families to move away for cities. This further strains these families by increasing their transportation costs and the amount of time spent traveling. Our aim is to buy up and develop large existing buildings near the city to ease the burden on these families. These developments will be wholly owned and managed by just developers, who will aim to control the rent. This will ensure that families can live closer to work, and good schools, without inflated rental costs. We need a large initial investment to start this project, with all proceeds from rental income to be placed back into the company to buy additional buildings.
