End The Tobacco Ban South Africa

During the Covid 19 lockdown in South Africa the government has decided to ban the sale of all tobacco products. We strongly feel that this is a violation of our human rights. No proper explanation is forthcoming from government and all efforts to engage in debate is ignored.

We therefor have no other option but to take the matter to court. This will cost a lot of money. The initial amount needed just to start proceedings is R50 000.00.

May I appeal on each and everyone to make a contribution if you can afford it. We are not just fighting a cigarette ban, this is a gross violation of our human rights. If they get away with this, what will be next?
