Green Works Projects Saves Lives From Covid19

Green Works Projects has partnered with local NGO's and NPO's through a Covid19 campaign in order to donate for Covid-19 relief as we face the coronavirus pandemic head-on. These South African NGOs and NPOs are making sure resources get to those who need them most. 

Covid-19 campaigns are set up to help bring relief to the communities and individuals who need it most.

A person who is very special to me once said, “If you are in a position to help somebody in need, you do it.” And I have held that close ever since. Here at Green Works Projects, we’re all of that same mind.

Covid-19 is wreaking havoc the world over. The global pandemic has seen people rush to shops to stockpile, employ rigorous hand-washing techniques, retreat indoors and distance themselves from other people in an attempt to prevent the spread of the virus.

But what happens to those who can’t stockpile, who don’t have water readily available, who can’t social distance and who can’t stay at home? This is a very real problem in South Africa, where poverty and unemployment are rife.

If you would like to get involved in helping those in need during this crisis, Bophelo Foundation and Higher Life Group Foundation are local NGOs and NPOs that have set up Covid-19-specific campaigns to help bring relief to the communities and individuals who need it most. We at Green Works have partnered with them in order to help save life's during this difficult time.

What they need: Cash donations. 

What the funds will buy: Non perishable and staple food items, toilet paper, soap, Hand sanitiser, disinfectant, masks and vitamin C products. 

Who the goods will go to: Car guards, old-age homes, orphanages, taxi workers, homeless people and those living in informal settlements and street kids.
