Our team at Rustic Retreat is so excited to offer you a break from your weekly routine to offer you a safe space to learn and implement some healthy lifestyle tips and tricks. Our retreats are simple, soulful and easy to squeeze into your busy schedule. We are confident that this day will be a meaningful experience for you, and that you will walk away feeling truly revived, as well as providing you with tools to continue your wellness journey!
We have a superb line up of mindful yoga and meditation, an informative nutrition talk and a cooking class, and an essential oils demo! Each teacher offers tips from their wellness journey to get you inspired to start your own. All of this priced at only R450 for the day! Plus, a generous goodie bag awaits you and a chance to win a prize!
Whether you are new to any of the above-mentioned activities or not, you will have a fun-filled day and we can’t wait for you to join us!
SCHEDULE - Please arrive on time to sign forms before we begin
-8am: Arrive
-8.30am: Welcome Circle
-9.00am: Yoga Class
-10.00am: Tea break
-10.30am: Essential Oils Talk
-11.30am: Plant-focussed cooking demo and lunch
-1pm: Closing Circle
WHAT TO BRING
-Comfortable yoga clothes for movement and sitting
-Water bottle
-Yoga mat (we do have available)
-Pen and paper for note taking

R450 per person

Cancellation policy: these tickets are non-refundable, so should you be unable to attend, please give your ticket to a friend, and notify us of any changes made to your ticket.
