This is a blended programme of 18 days face to face, days to help keep your manager in the office. On registering the learners get a laptop pre-loaded with all the theory, tools and videos. Coaching and on line support is available.

Enrollment Criteria: In a management role for no less than 3 years leading a team. Computer Literacy, Communication and Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 5 or equivalent. In the event that the candidate does not have an NQF 5 qualification or higher, then Recognition of prior Learning (RPL) based on at least the last 3 years management and work
