ABOUT

After this workshop, it will be easier to:

  • Create a sales pipeline;
  • Reduce your operating costs;
  • Access new markets or diversify your revenue streams;
  • Grow a team.

With a clear process guide, it is easier to maintain delivery standards and work more efficiently to reduce waste, therefore reducing operating costs. When expanding to new markets, the process guide will be the base of how to SCALE the business.

This is how entrepreneurs start working ON the business (business development to scale) and not working IN the business (self-employed).

Practical work on:

  • VALUE PROPOSITION – why do they buy from you and who is the target?
  • PROCESS MAPPING – from raising brand awareness, sales and delivery, what is being done to deliver to the customer? How could this be improved?
  • TOOLS and how to select what’s right for your industry and team. Also, how to integrate.
  • Compiling the next steps – these become projects for the next 3-6 months to grow the business.

*During the workshop, you will map a process. If you submit this for review (within 30 days), Marang will send advisory notes relating to the content, the process flow and recommendations on tools.

How this will grow your business:

  • Clearly defined value propositions make marketing and sales easier. Use this to build a sales pipeline.
  • By improving the business processes, you will reduce waste in the business. This will save you money, increasing the profitability of the business.
  • In most of the workshops, delegates realise how they can diversify their products and services.
