What is a Vision Board Workshop?
A vision board is a collage of images, pictures and affirmations of one's dreams and desires, designed to serve as a source of inspiration and motivation, and to use the law of attraction to attain goals.
Over the past 20 years, single-parent families have become even more common than the so-called "nuclear family" consisting of a mother, father, and children. Today we see all sorts of single-parent families: headed by mothers, headed by fathers.
Life in a single-parent household - though common - can be quite stressful for the adult and the children.
While all this happens parents are usually left feeling exhausted, overworked and stuck. Does this sound like you?
