ABOUT

The 90-Day Burn workshop hosted by Andre Kruse addresses three areas: Customer Service (these days aptly termed CX or customer experience, Sales & Leadership and personal self-development. The main aim is to equip attendees with meaningful thought processes and tools for lasting success & significance.

In this workshop training we'll be sharing simple (yet effective) points and strategies helping people to:

• Elevate themselves from a level where they are now to where they could or want to be (this can be at an individual level or perhaps where a company or division has new methods, objectives and goals that they want to implement).
• Stay focused
• Start the day with the best foot forward and maintain that throughout the day.

These are achieved in the workshop by addressing a number of key points that include:

·     Habits

·     Attitude

·     2 personal development laws

·     Key points that assist people to stay focused

The session will end with a discussion and hands on workshop to draft each persons individual 28 day plan.

Each attendee will receive an executive summary of the workshop via e-mail.

ABOUT ANDRé KRUSE: 

Born and raised in Johannesburg and a graduate in Industrial Psychology from RAU (UJ). His work includes a career in various different sales fields, industrial marketing (including the high pressure deadline driven and pressured world of advertising). He has also worked specifically in the customer service arena winning a prize for the company after implementing workflows and strategies to enhance the customer experience. Regular interaction with people in these arenas allows him to contribute towards his clients’ personal and professional growth and development.

He states: "There is no higher goal for me than to contribute towards a person realising their ultimate worth and significance in a meaningful and satisfying manner".

In his free time he keeps fit, takes part in Parkruns and is a keen Geocacher together with his partner Ria. They try and get to the theatre every now now and then, but never enough, and like watching art house movies. Exploring the road and places less traveled, is a particular interest of his, and this allows for unique photo opportunities - another keen interest. At home he listens to the blues and rock. He has a daughter in her 20's who lives in England.
