ABOUT
National Instructor Training in Qigong *RPL Program
Open to 1yr plus experience in Martial arts, Recreational Instructors, Sport Science, Yoga instructors etc.
*RPL - Recognition of Prior Learning
Your prior experience will allow you to obtain all 3 levels 1, 2, 3 National Chih Levels that will enable you to teach Health Qigong as a representative under the organisations SA Health Qigong Association and The International Health Qigong Federation Beijing. Once a registered as an instructor you automatically qualify to train, associate with all the associated member organisations.
We are the official international training, assessment and grading centre for the International Health Qigong Federation based in Beijing
- Dress loose fitting attire and flat soled shoes
- Bring pen & notepad for note taking
- Bring snacks and lunch pack

The forms covered in each completed and accredited level determines what the Instructor is authorised and capable of teaching.
- Chih 1. Form: Liu Zi Jue – 6 Healing Sounds
- Chih 2. Form: Ba Duan Jin – 8 Brocade sequence
- Chih 3. Form: Yi Jin Jing – Sinew & Tendon changing
Merit is a SAHQA Chih 1-3 National Qualification. Instructor’s Training Program covers 2 modules
- Practitioner In-Depth Understanding
- Teaching Technical Advice & Implementation
Chih 1-3 Concluding with a practical and theory examination.

South African Health Qigong Association (SAHQA) was formed as an Non Profit Organisation to assist with these initiatives as a neutral platform.
