First Speaker: Siphiwe Moyo 

Title: Can I actually make a living out of this? How to transition into speaking full time

Siphiwe Moyo is a sought after and top-rated International Keynote Speaker, Facilitator  & Author based in South Africa. He is an Adjunct Faculty member at GIBS, Henley and Wits business schools. Siphiwe is an Organisational Behaviour specialist. He studies, teaches and speaks on employee ownership & accountability, leadership, personal & organisational change/transitions, personal development, employee motivation and team effectiveness.

 

He holds a Masters in Business Administration, an Executive Development Programme, a B Comm. (Honours) in People Development, a Bachelor’s Degree (cum laude) in Human Resources and is currently completing his PhD in Organisational Behaviour. He is co-founder and Chief People Officer at Twice Blue (a human capital development firm), Past Chairman of the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), Past Chapter President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA) and is a member of the Global Speakers Federation.

Second Speakers: Jabulani Zwane and Nico De Klerk 

Title: Bridging Divides and Creating Access Through Speaking

Jabu Zwane has over 10 years in people's development in various industries. Mr Zwane is a Mindset Development and Functional Fitness coach, using a custom developed and ground breaking Framework called Mindset Solutions Framework. He is also director at StreetBiz Foundation, an NGO that specializes in Social Entrepreneurship, with a specific focus on shifting mindsets concerning entrepreneurship. He is also involved with other projects including church planting, religious leadership development and diversity management in and out of South Africa including the USA. Prior to his departure from the corporate formal employment he was a Sales Manager and Coach at two of the leading Financial Institutions in South Africa. Responsibilities included team management, mentoring, coaching and creating a high performance environment and developing a suitable operational structure.

He is currently a thought leader at The Lenses Institute, A USA based organisation that specializes in helping organizations to understand and integrate their diversity based on race, culture and nationality. His role as a thought leader, is to generate content on the subject matter and facilitating workshops locally and internationally. 

Mr Jabu Zwane holds a 4 Year degree in Theology, Management Development Program (MDP) from GIBS. Mr Zwane is married with 5 children.
