THE ACTIVITY
YOGA
The morning will start by aligning our goals with the practise of yoga for body and mind with a yoga sequence, fit for beginners and more advanced yogi’s.
NB please bring along your own yoga mat, there will be no mats available at the venue.
FOOD
Your ticket includes a preselected breakfast from Jackson's Realfood Market organic kitchen.
