- VALID SA ID,
- NO CRIMINAL OFFENSES,
- GRADE 12, CAN READ AND WRITE ENGLISH (COURSE IS GIVEN IN ENGLISH)
- PASSION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY
- TRANSPORT NOT INCLUDED
- NON ATTENDANCE – NO CERTIFICATE
- YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO write a test at the end for a certificate with a percentage pass
