Gijima For CANSA 5km fun walk / run

ABOUT

The Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA) Care Centre in Richards bay will be hosting a 5km family fun run called Gijima For CANSA on the 2nd of February 2020. The event is to highlight World Cancer Day (which is on the 4th of February) and all funds raised will be donated to the CANSA Richards Bay Care Centre and it’s Care Home. We inviting young and old alike to get active, healthy and have some fun with the whole family.

This fun run is aimed at creating awareness about living a healthy lifestyle and the realisation that everyone can make a difference in the fight against cancer. We aim to educate and help you and your family lead a balanced lifestyle by making healthy diet choices, exercise more regularly, applying sunscreen and go for regular cancer screening. You can even volunteer for us.

Registration will take place on the day from 7am, warm up session at 8:30 and the race starts at 9am.
