ABOUT

Africa Kuungana is a youth-led company that organises events aimed at inflicting change in

communities. We partner with different NPOs to coordinate events and further donate a

substantial portion of the proceeds made to the NPOs involved in that particular event

We are currently organising a Women’s Day event to be held on the 9th of August 2019 at

the Main Hall of the University of the Western Cape, the event will be mainly aimed at

tackling the core/current issues that are faced by women in our societies, leadership and

business spheres.

For the upcoming event, we are partnering with a university student-led NPO

Today4Tomorrow that has done amazing works in the space of promoting education and

uplifting disadvantaged communities. They have been recently interviewed on a number of

media platforms as they embark on their third annual calculator campaign which they have

also managed to partner with Casio.

The event will consist of a panel of prominent individuals including the likes of:-

- Zenande Mfenyane (Business woman, Actress and celebrity advocating for education)

- Sharonne Adams CA(SA) (Executive at AGSA)

- Hon Nomi Nkondlo (Member of Parliament)

The keynote speaker of the event will be:

- Nandi Madida (Entrepeneur, Executive Producer, Host & Musician)
