SEE Project | Public Participation Meeting
Sat Oct 19, 09:30 - Sat Oct 19, 15:30
Homecoming Center
ABOUT
You are invited to participate in a public meeting to engage on the equal representation of our histories, memories and identities with other community members, activists, academics and businesses.
How can the city be more inclusive of all our histories, memories and identities?
How may architecture, art and events be better used to express who we are?
How could public space facilitate encounters through shared activities and rituals?
Through a day of facilitated dialogue, we invite participants to collectively interrogate the city’s spatial design and memorialisation, and co-develop the seeds for visionary
proposals for alternatives.
Our aim is to listen, record and document the responses and narratives that emerge throughout the day and to invite your further participation in the SEE project | https://iseeyou.capetown
