The makers of Vdub Camp Fest are proud to present the third annual #DubsAtTheBeach event on Saturday 10 August 2019 at Park Rynie Resort, Scottburgh, Durban South Coast.
The long weekend Show And Shine, Stance and Sound-Off event is a relaxing beach front outing for enthusiasts of new or old German cars. The Show & Shine, which is intended to be more of a casual Park-Off than a formal competition, will include 10 category prizes sponsored by McDuling Motors Volkswagen, Shield Car Care, Autostyle Motorsport and Vdub Festival *EditionTwentyTwenty amongst others. Event coverage will be done by various media partners so be sure to bring your admired ride in its best polished condition.
An added objective of this show is to offer VAG fanatics a weekend away to the coast for enthusiasts who are stuck at the inland cities for most of the year. Join the Mcdulings Volkswagen *Dubs At The Beach* convoy to the sunny Durban beaches for a break from the norm.
One lucky attendee will win a grand VIP experience to the 12th Edition Vdub Camp Fest in style. The prize includes fully paid accommodation to the February show as well as a Wörthersee Treffen hamper.
The Dubs At The Beach gathering is located on approximately 400m of beach facing property and a heaven for motoring photographers. The Show and Shine display takes place on a neatly lawned area and the venue’s roads are well maintained. There will be DJs on the wheels of steel to keep the crowd entertained while visitors enjoy socializing or a picnic on the beach. This year the event falls on the long weekend of Womens' day so this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a beach braai with your lady and fellow Vdub friends.
Entry is R60 per person. There is no additional fee for vehicles, or admission charge for Show And Shine entries.
There is also no pre-registration required for show contestants. Simply pitch up on the day and enter your vehicle.
Space does fill up quick so be there early if your car is a worthy show contender.
Children under 6 years are not charged any cover fee.
Food and refreshment vendors are available and this includes Halaal stalls.
Kindly note that supporters will need to bring their own liquor beverage as there is no licensed bar on site.

The jaw dropping Low Limbo at the show will be hosted by non other than Grounded Nation.
The record shattering Sound Off will once again be hosted by IASCA and Audio Extreme.

All Vdub enthusiasts who join the Gauteng convoy on Thursday 8 August receive free JHB - DBN car sticker packs. Limited Edition Tshirts will also be available for purchase at Mcdulings VW on the day of departure.

# EVENT RULES:
Please note the following attendance conditions:
• No spinning, drifting or excessive revving of vehicles will be tolerated.
• ROAR applies and no unruly drunken behavior or disorderly conduct will be allowed.
• Please plan your outing responsibly as always we discourage any drinking and driving.
• Visitors may braai on site but need to provide their own braai stand equipment.
• Please keep your wristband accreditation on at all times.
• If visitors do not have pre-sold tickets then cash entry at the gate will be R80 per person, as per the venue’s regular cover charge.
• We regret that no animals/pets are permitted at the venue.
• Kindly note that no pyrotechnics or fireworks are allowed at the venue.
*INDEMNITY: While organizers make every effort to host a safe event please note that all facilities and activities on the resort are used entirely at your own risk. EVENT PROGRAMME
The weekend excursion programme is as follows:
Thursday 8 August (10h00) - Convoy participants congregate at Mcdulings Volkswagen, Johannesburg.
Thursday 8 August (11h00) - Convoy departs from Mcdulings Volkswagen, Johannesburg via Kliprivier Drive to N12 and onto N3 towards Durban. Halfway (20 minute) pit stop will be at Harrismith, Bergview Engen.
Friday 9 August - Families and friends relax for the day and enjoy Durban scenery, shopping, or tourist hot spots as they desire.
Saturday 10 August (07h00) - Clean and prep cars.
Saturday 10 August (10h00) - Arrivals for the Dubs At The Beach show at Park Rynie.
Saturday 10 August (20h00) - Show ends and supporters depart.
Sunday 11 August - Families and friends unwind and return home at their own time.
