Established Chef James Phillips with 6 successful restaurant concepts rolled-out in both the US and South Africa would like to host you for a Winemakers Dinner like no other – an evening in a private cellar with some of the best wine varietals that are available in the Stellenbosch Valley.
In the middle of a typically cool Cape winter, we will gather in the cozy wine cellar and blow you away with a 6 course feast paired with exceptional wines.
