More about our 9 COLLAB BREWS:

The Brewer's Co-Op 4th Birthday is a celebration of beer in a party atmosphere of music, food and wine.

We invited brewers from Cape Town 's microbrewing community to join us. We produced nine co-lab brews, especially for the event. Brewers as diverse as Co-Op current and ex-members, UCT Brewing Club, SouthYeasters Homebrew Club, Little Wolf Brewery, Metal Lane, Shackleton have randomly formed nine teams to create different beers for the party. Expect to enjoy beers as diverse as beers using Norwegian Kviek yeast and served on cask, Milk Stouts, various IPA creations and everything in between.

More about the Brewery:

The Brewers Co-op in Woodstock, Cape Town is the place where hop-hardened brewers and creatives came together to found a unique nano-brewery and taproom.

Our Manifesto:

1. Good Beer at a Good Price.

We have a wide and forever changing selection of small-batch craft beer and craft cider, all brewed onsite by our members - which makes for a diverse selection of approximately 16 different beers that are on tap at any given time. Our Prices are some of the best you will find around Cape Town.

2. Doing It Yourself (DIY).

We make our beers from scratch using the best ingredients we can find - often picked from our own gardens - and it's all about producing high quality and unique beers in small quantities.

3. Working Co-operatively.

Members of the Co-Op are not full-time brewers and our professions vary from dentistry to DJing and from accounting to design. Together, we’re working towards being a 100% fully sustainable business. We also work to cooperate with our community and are a wheelchair, bike, and skateboard friendly (baby-friendly and dog-friendly too!)
