TAPITAPI + KUMUSHA WINES - A WINE AND ICE CREAM PAIRING MENU

TAPITAPI is collaborating with Kumusha Wines at the Johnman Garden Stellenbosch to bring you a unique ice cream and wine tasting experience and access to the stunning garden.

Each course of this pairing will served in a different space in the garden allowing guests to explore and meander around this trust garden.

Both Kumusha Wines and TAPITAPI are local businesses founded independently by Zimbabwean entrepreneurs, Tinashe Nyamudoka and Tapiwa Guzha respectively. Tinashe is the head sommelier at Test Kitchen and an international wine judge. Kumusha wines is all about owning your taste by honouring your roots, origins, culture and heritage.

Tapiwa is the founder and head creator at TAPITAPI and believes food, culture and ritual around food from the continent needs to be shared and celebrated for its beauty with the rest of the world. Our nostalgia needs representation on our plates and menus.

Please do note several allergens including but not limited to lactose, eggs, nuts, gluten are used in preparing or serving the desserts and unfortunately no substitutions exist at present.
