ABOUT

Compassion and forgiveness is essential for spiritual growth.

Forgiveness is an inside job. Forgiveness has three parts - Gratitude, Grace and Growth

You will get hurt and feel pain. How you deal with that pain will determine your future.

Thoughts of resentment, anger, and hatred represent slow, debilitating energies that will dis-empower you if you continue to let these thoughts occupy space in your head.

What if you show compassion and forgive and release those that has hurt you, in forgiveness you would find your true-self and your balance.

This Forgiveness Intensive is a hands-on workshop in which you work through your own resentment using a 23-step process.

The Forgiveness Intensive is a hands-on workshop in which you work through your own resentment using a 23-step forgiveness process I developed. (You learn the forgiveness processes by applying the steps to your own issue.) You will learn to use these processes for other resentment issues you have or that may come up in the future. Plus, you can use these processes to help others with their resentment. This course is designed for those with deep resentments, those who have tried to forgive but still hold on to resentment, and for those who wish to learn the forgiveness process in order to help others.

View forgiveness in a way that makes it easier to forgive than you might imagine. Become aware of, and get in touch with, the subtle and often unknown causes of resentment, upset and criticism. See how, where and why an unforgiving heart negatively impacts all areas of life Become empowered to take responsibility for your reaction to the situation. Understand what life lessons hurt is meant to teach. Understand the connection between forgiving and becoming conscious.

Transform your attitude in a way that allows you to positively deal with negative people and situations. Develop greater empathy and compassion toward those who hurt you. Gain tools and attitudes that will help you for the rest of your life.

In 2013 I let go of a long held resentment. It was only by doing so that I realized how much this resentment had been hurting me both materially and spiritually. I wanted to do something to help others dealing with resentment.

The forgiveness processes help you see your story in a new way, a way that causes a shift in your attitude and thus a shift in your response to the situation.

You then leave the seminar with a liberating and empowering story of forgiveness, rather than a dis-empowering story of hurt and blame.
