In association with Concerts SA, Right Brain Factory is bursting out of skin to showcase the Mask on Mask Off Show with BCUC at FoodZone.ZAR on Saturday the 5^th of December 2020.

As we break into the festive season, Mask on Mask Off is a show that aims to bring awareness about safe practice in public spaces and gatherings during Covid19.

After a long hiatus during the scourge of Covid19, Joburg favourite, seven-piece Afro-psychedelic band BCUC takes to the stage at their resident home FoodZone.Zar for an intimate shake down with their fans.

Chilled bohemian picnic vibes so bring your favourite tshali or cansi.

The Mask On Mask Off Show will also be broadcasted online on the 12^th of December 2020 with the assistance of Delight Visual Archive Studios.

The name BCUC stands for Bantu Continua Uhuru Consciousness and the band describe their music as “indigenous funky”. Their sets typically feature traditional instruments paired with futuristic sounds and their performance style is always high energy.
