ABOUT
The Soul Tribe hosts a monthly park meetup to facilitate mindful practice.
Each month we use a combination of either guided meditation, yoga or simple breathing exercises to assist you in your journey to self.
There are thousands of studies that have shown mindfulness meditation can positively impact mental and physical health. Whether it's by reducing stress, improving sleep, increasing focus, or improving relationships, research shows mindfulness works.

Each month we will be hosting a different class facilitated by our network wellness coaches.
Keep an eye on our Facebook or Instagram page to see updates on what to bring and who will be hosting the class. We welcome all children provided they are able to maintain a state of silence, alternatively you may bring your nanny/sibling/friend to oversea kids in the play area of the park.
Post every session we gather for an update on future events and fundraising. All those interested in staying to hear more about becoming a brand ambassador are welcome to do so.
