2D Fondant Christmas Topper Class - Benoni

Have you ever wondered how I replicate fondant designs onto my Cakes and Cupcakes? Join this Class to learn the fundamentals of creating your own 2D Fondant Toppers! We’ll be replicating the picture on the Class artwork (Reindeer, Christmas Tree and Santa) to fit a 20cm Cake.

You will gain the following knowledge;

-      Working with Fondant

-      Replicating designs for Cakes and Cupcakes

-      An understanding of proportion and structure

-      Use of modelling tools

-      Creating depth and definition

All supplies and tools are provided except an X-acto Knife (please bring one with). Should you prefer to use your own tools, feel free to bring them along too.
