ABOUT
The Anything that floats is a recreational water event on the Kariega River for over 18 year olds.
All floaters start the journey from Bells Cove (Along the R343) and end up at the Kariega River mouth.
This event supports CANSA and there will be free sunscreen spray booths at the start. Kenton Buco will be selling floating devices at the start and everyone can make use of our compressors to pump up their floats.
The tide is perfect for starting at 11am on 27th December 2018. This is a no glass event and all beverages need to be decanted into plastic bottles to avoid littering the banks of the river. The floaters will end up on the beach outside the very popular Jeremiah's.
Jeremiah's and their team are organising an awesome after party with loads of specials and spot prizes. The ticket sales have been divided into FLOATERS ONLY and FLOATERS + AFTER PARTY.
The ticket to Float only is R80.00 and the combined ticket to Float and party afterwards is R120.00.
Should you choose to only float and decide on arrival that you would like to join in on the party their will be tickets sold at the door. This is the an amazing annual event and a perfect way to ease out of Christmas and into the new year.
