ABOUT

Our carefully curated schedule blends learning with authentic cultural engagement:

Pre-Departure: 4-Week CQ Virtual Masterclass

Your journey begins before you arrive! A comprehensive virtual masterclass will equip you with foundational CQ knowledge and tools. You'll arrive in Penang ready to apply theory directly to real-world experiences.

On-Site: Penang Immersion (September 20-25, 2026)

  • Cultural Cooking Class: Dive hands-on into Penang's culinary traditions. Learn to prepare local dishes from master chefs, understanding not just ingredients, but the cultural stories behind each flavour.
  • Interacting with Locals: Guided opportunities to engage with local artisans, shopkeepers, and community members. Practice your CQ by navigating real-time cultural exchanges.
  • Heritage Walks & Explorations: Discover Georgetown's hidden gems, diverse religious sites, and vibrant neighbourhoods, observing the melting pot in action.
  • Local Food Tasting: Embark on a gastronomic adventure, sampling authentic local dishes, each offering insight into Penang's diverse heritage.
  • CQ Debriefs, Reflection, and Journaling: Instead of traditional structured sessions, dedicated time is set aside daily for CQ Debriefs, quiet reflection, and guided journaling. This time allows you to recall, refer to, and integrate your experiences, encounters, and thoughts from the field. This deep, personal processing is essential to continuously build and hardwire your CQ skills for lasting personal and professional change.
