ABOUT
Join the Cape Town Chamber Choir under direction of Antoinette Huyssen on the 8th of June 2024 as they present an a cappella programme, titled Sacred Song.
The first half of the programme features some of the most beloved sacred choral works by German Romantic composers, Mendelssohn, Rheinberger, Reger & Grieg.
The second half celebrates some of our South African composers sacred choral works (Peter Klatzow, Hans Huyssen, Hendrik Hofmyr, Niel van der Watt). The programme concludes with Rudolf de Beer's hymn, Gebet, dedicated to the CTCC.
