Join us at the Walter Sisulu Botanical Garden on 25 May 2024 from 9 am to 12 pm for the second edition of the heart opening and expansion experience. Connect with your heart and experience an inner awakening and remembrance of self through yoga, sound healing, meditation and being in nature.

The event itinerary is as follows:
Gentle Vinyasa yoga session
Sound bath
Heart Chakra activation meditation
Tea Ceremony
Tarot/ Oracle card reading.
Goodie bag (affirmation cards, incense sticks, bath salts and organic tea).
The yoga session: the theme for the yoga session is “soft landing into your body” with gentle yoga poses to relax and calm you. The intention is to take time to listen to what your body needs.
Sounds journey: This is a calming sound bath session with the intention of creating space for nervous system regulation through observing your inner world.
Heart activation guided meditation: This guided meditation is centred at opening the heart chakra through breath work and visualisation.
The tea ceremony will be in a round table setting, this will be a silent tea ceremony with the intention to reflect, introspect and take the time to connect with your inner world. The tea is prepared by @brilliant_boitumelo, this organic tea is prepared specially for this offering and will be part of the goodie bag.
After the tea ceremony we will proceed to a group tarot card sessions, you are also welcome to have an individual reading too.
The purchase price also includes a goodie bag to take home to complete the soft landing experience. The goodie bag includes curated affirmation cards, incense sticks, bath salts and organic tea.
