Monthly Stand-up Comedy Show running for more than 2 years.
Otherwise Comedy Nights is a Premium Stand-up Comedy showcase in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town. Featuring the finest stand-up comedians from across South Africa and the world, hosted at a premium restaurant and cocktail bar Sí Cantina Socialé, in the famous Silo District of the Waterfront.
On Thursday 30th May 2024, we are having a star-studded night of stand-up comedy with three amazing acts! We feature the multi-talented breathtakingly hilarious actress and comedian Stella Dlangalala. She is frequently on our tv screens and while touring the country with her stand-up comedy. You have to see her. Our headline act is none other than Conrad Koch, South Africa's top comedy ventriloquist (double International Emmy nominated comedian) and Chester Missing (the only puppet to have defended himself in court against Steve Hofmeyr). Conrad has recently come of international tours including the Edinburgh Comedy Festival. He recorded a special with showmax and is getting geared up to tour his new show. The show is hosted by stand-up comedian Vafa Naraghi, South African comedian who is taking the continent by storm. Having performed in more than 15 countries in the world, he manages to relate and connect with people from all background. He has most recently performed extensively on the continent in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Catch him on social media with his hilarious sketches @vafafrica.
