Are you ready for some playful fun times again?

It's May - so we play - and be yay!

This hour long experience includes your headphone rental and facilitators iginting the fun with a diverse and delightful playlist.

This is fun for the whole family, so bring Gran, Gramps and the kids.

New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before....

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play!

We combine elements of movement, play, meditation and dance - all through headphones.

All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

SECRET SUNSET -

WHEN: 3rd May 2024

WHERE: Wilderness Commonage (the green field in front of the Wilderness hotel, next to “the girls” and “the commonage” restaurants.)

TIME: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Please arrive around 4:45 pm to receive your headsets & enjoy pre-music good vibes)

THEME: Playful anything - pyjamas, onezies, razzle - bring it, dress it - be it!

DRESS CODE: Dress up is always encouraged

FACILITATORS: Simone Franks & Nikki Jackman Joy & Nicky Lewis

BRING: Water & Wear layers - something cosy to wrap up in - if needs be at end... and something fun & comfy to move and groove in!
