Join us for a mindfulness talk with our collaborator Welness Coash Sam and acrylic painting workshop on 18 May 2024 from 14h30-18h30 at Flatmountain Roaster Coffee shop in Woodstock, Cape Town.

Tickets include the following:

• Art supplies;
• A drink of your choice (any warm or cold beverage from the restaurant);
• A light meal ( vegetarian option is available).
• A guided talk from the wellness coach to cultivate mindfulness in our daily life.
