ABOUT
Join ‘BEHIND THE SCENT’ in Collaboration with NOVELLA AND CO, TRISHA GROBLER and OTHER BRANDS as we embark on a luxury experience of taste and smell.
The Event will take place late afternoon with a lot of smell, taste and renewed interpretations of ingredients. Explanation about the perfumes and the background, explanation of the dishes and the matching appetisers / dishes / desserts. In total there were 5 dishes, 5 scents as well as drinks. The afternoon will kick off with a Sensory “Dubai” themed experience.
How does it work? In collaboration with the Behind the Scent team we chose a selection from the perfumes they stock and deliver them to the chef with the scent pyramids to get inspiration for ingredients in his dishes. The drinks are also tailored to the tastes and together with the perfume contribute to a special combination.
You will receive a goody bag, as well as first choice on a selection of perfumes sold at the event,
