Gabriel Espi brings his fresh songwriting and heartfelt grooves to The Commons for the first time since the Many Moons album launch last year! 

For this performance Gabriel will be joined by long-time collaborator Tiana Amari (bass), exciting young guitarist Khaya Mthembu-Salter, and experienced drummer Siyabonga Samente. Gabriel’s music combines the adventurousness of jazz and Brazilian music with a focus on the feeling and emotion of music from the songwriting tradition.
