Hike~Flow~Write is a curated experience that provides holistic restoration and transformation for nature, fitness, and hiking enthusiasts.

It creates a safe space where individuals can engage in hiking, mindful and meditative movement, guided journaling sessions, pop-ups, sign-ups, and relaxing creative activities to nurture their well-being and find inner harmony.

This experience invites you to discover tools that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and it is perfect for those who are looking to take care of their mind, body, and soul while surrounded by Nature's tranquillity & healing qualities.

The theme for this experience is TUNE IN & TUNE OUT - a message that we need to get in touch with ourselves to improve ourselves & get in touch with our most intimate needs & emotions.

This is a safe space with professionals & registered practitioners in their respective fields of work. Your open heart & willing spirit will be received with the utmost care & you will receive goodie bags with takeaways to further practice self-love & self-care in the comfort of your own home. Our partners also have communities & support groups that you can engage with long after the event is over, with a YouTube channel in the works to recap this transformative experience.

!!!PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT OR BLANKET FOR THE YOGA & SOUND THERAPY SESSION!!!

Dress comfortably & wear sturdy shoes for hiking. Arrival time is 6:30am for registration.

PLEASE NOTE: This will be a filmed experience so your participation will be filmed. We will also have optional interviews afterwards with a makeup artist on-site to do your makeup. The cost is R150 & payable on the day of the event to the MUA.
