Kahuna Style Massage – starting with body scan meditation and synched breaths for around 5/10 minutes (connecting to your breath and your body), you are lead through an intimate journey of head-to-toe full body flows consisting of long stroke movements, with hands, forearms, and elbows to create a flow of energy between therapist and client. This can be done in soft or deep tissue, depending on a client’s goal for the session. 

Deep Tissue Massage – combining deep slow strokes and trigger point therapy, the purpose is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and your connective tissues. A deep tissue massage will typically focus on long-standing knots and areas of discomfort. 

CBD can be added to either massage at an extra cost.
