Run for Rights Fundraising Initiative!
Lace up those running shoes and mark your calendar for the most exciting run of the year: Run for Rights - a 6KM blast happening at 6pm on April, 3rd, 2024!
The Cool Running Recreational Club is joining forces with Justice Desk Africa and the V&A Waterfront to make “Run for Rights” an annual Fundraising initiative!
You can run in person or join us virtually from wherever you are globally!
Grab your tickets on Quicket and sign up on GivenGain to create a runner profile, which you can use to raise even more funds! 100% of funds will go to Justice Desk Africa, an incredible human rights organisation empowering people as activists. They are tackling human rights violations, children's rights abuses and gender-based violence.
Here's the lowdown:
- IN PERSON: Purchase your ticket for R100 for the in-person run starting off at the V&A Waterfront. You can join us for the 6km run or for a leisurely stroll of 3KM! We will have cool Prizes for the first 5 people that sign up and purchase their tickets.
- VIRTUAL: Purchase your ticket for just R100 for the virtual run (6km) or stroll (3km) which you can complete at any time! Join us on GivenGain, pick a date, pick a time, and run or walk in your happy place!
