Cancervive Scooter Raffle Terms and Conditions.
- Purchase of raffle tickets will be via Quicket at R50 per entry.
- Unlimited amount of tickets will be allowed
- Entrants must provide name, surname, and a valid telephone number and/or email address.
- Each Quicket ticket will represent a raffle entry ticket and shall have a unique number.
- Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
- All raffle tickets are final at the time of purchase.
- There are no refunds.
- There shall be one Winner of the raffle prize. This Winner will be drawn on 25 August 2024, and shall be notified immediately via telephonemor email if a telephone number is not available.
- When claiming their prize, the winner will be required to produce positive identification.
- The Winner has 21 days to claim the prize. In the event that the Winner does not claim the prize after this period, another draw shall be held, and a new Winner shall be declared.
- The same terms and conditions shall apply as is the case with the original Winner, and the process shall be repeated until the prize is claimed.
- Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for
- CANCERVIVE to use the Winner’s name and photograph for publicity purposes, but
- CANCERVIVE shall make reasonable allowances should the Winner not wish to be used for publicity purposes.
- The physical hand over of the prize shall take place in the Johannesburg metropolitan area.
- The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- The Directors and Employees of Cancervive, their immediate families and household members may not participate in the raffle.
- By participating in the raffle, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- This raffle is organised and administered by Cancer Buddies NPC T/A CANCERVIVE, c/o 104, 11th street, Parkhurst, Johannesburg. Raffle proceeds are in support of operational expenses of CANCERVIVE. This raffle will be run independently from any other fundraisers.

DRAW DATE – The National Lottery Commission’s initial approval of the draw date is 17 May 2024. Due to delays in registration of the lottery, and application has been made to change the draw date to 25 August 2024, which approval is pending.
