We embark on a culinary journey through the heart of Italy, from the bustling streets of Rome to the tranquil countryside of Tuscany. Italian cuisine is renowned for its emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients, and tonight's menu is a testament to this philosophy.

Food Jams CASA is a Non Profit Organisation that provides quality, subsidised, internationally accredited education, mentorship and opportunities to marginalised and previously disadvantaged communities. CASA Class of 2024 consists of superstar Food Jammers who are famed for their energised social cooking events in Salt River & Woodstock. All proceeds of this cooking class goes to the sponsorship of the student tuition at the Culinary Academy South Africa, affording our future culinary stars the support on the journey to their stardom! .
