Topco Media, in partnership with Standard Bank, will be live and in person on 25-26 November 2024 at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa.
In 2022, Topco Media and Standard Bank highlighted women-owned businesses to increase awareness around Women Empowerment and Gender Equality Initiatives. Through this collaboration, the goal of equality and advancing the SA economy can be achieved.
In 2023 the conference addressed gender disparities and women empowerment, through the key theme that is “Rise Above The Noise”. These conversations tackled hard-hitting issues such as opportunity inequality, empowerment, gender-based violence and remote working for women to name a few.
Through the theme, the conference aimed to fuel the global gender empowerment movement by connecting women entrepreneurs, global icons, thought leaders and experts to offer inspiration and actionable insights. The conference also featured high-profile speakers, the #RiseAboveTheNoise campaign power icons, and change-makers who offered practical solutions and access to networks of support for women across the globe.
