MO-NAN-DEE RESTAURANT presents to you the very best of Spring Celebrations with our event titled Shorts and Shades. The event will be held at the culturally, artistic precinct. A precinct of icons and Legends in the heart of Johannesburg, Newtown. The restaurant - 141 Lilian Ngoyi Street, Newtown Junction (Majestic Building), JHB, 2001; is situated across the iconic Market Theatre.

Shorts and Shades is curated to shake things up! The event theme is inspired by the beauty and lively atmosphere that is brought by Spring, after all, it has Sprung! We are saying let's take off our lovely long coats that we were all wearing in winter, to feel the sunshine that the new season brings in the company of socially connected people.

The Shorts and Shades event will be held over the long weekend, on the 24th of September 2023 (next day is a National Holiday), at 12pm noon. A FREE Spitbraai will be served for everyone in attendance between 2pm and 5pm. Chilled beverages will be sold at reasonable prices. The music entertainment is also super, duper...we never disappoint when it comes to this element of fun. All ages are welcome, but for the sake of everyone, No 18's will be allowed after 7pm. The venue is completely wheel-chair friendly.
