On the 7th of October please join us in indulging the somber, beautiful and warm

music that 2 of Cape Town best offerings in the solo acoustic singer and songwriter space expressed through their music.

Stanley Sibande and Mischa Smith will be gracing the selective live stage to take us on a sonic journey told

through their unique and captivating compositional and performance styles.

Meet Mischa Smith, a rising star of the South African music scene. Drawing on

influences that range from the classic crooners of the 50s and 60s to the modern

indie folk movement, Mischa weaves together heartfelt lyrics, lush arrangements,

and a voice that will give you goosebumps. But Mischa's music isn't just about

sounding good, it's about feeling something. With a gift of capturing the deep

emotions we all experience, Mischa crafts hauntingly beautiful and deeply

relatable songs.

Stanley Sibande is a South Africa based, Zambian born singer songwriter. He

began his journey as a musician in his formative years when he would sing along

with his sister to music by popular boy bands such as Nsync, Westlife and The

Backstreet Boys. His style is an amalgamation of the somber soundscapes of

Indie and rock coupled with the simplistic yet catchy melodic compositions of

modern pop and alternative music.
