RED RETREAT DIVERSITY FUND RAISER 

“As I rise, I lift!”

ALL FUNDS WILL GO TO THE RED Retreat’s Diversity Fund

Drawing from various traditions and practices from around the world and our own personal experience, we will offer a thread of prayers and songs which connect us to our true nature, weaving with voice, guitar, frame drum, bells and tarambuka.

You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in original songs, songs from the Amazon forest, mantras and chants, songs from the rainbow, medicine, yogic and buddhist lineages.

TIME: 3 - 5pm

COST: R150

VENUE: A private home in Tamboerskloof, Cape Town, address will be supplied upon booking.

Please bring cushions, yoga mats, sheepskins, to make yourself comfortable.

Open to ALL those in male and female bodies.
