Join us in this magical event of Sangha, Sound and Yin followed by Hot Cacao from Earthshine, light snacks and browsing the new Sattva Yoga Gear retail and event space in Salt River.

Carla Collins, The Luminous Lotus, is known for her profound teaching of Yin and poetic descriptions. She will guide you in an hour long Yin practice to a space of grounded connection with your body, mind and soul. Janet Farquharson from Janets' Planet will accompany you on your Yin journey with healing sounds from her magical voice and collection of Tibetan singing bowls, bringing a deeper experience of relaxation and sound healing. Janet will continue with her healing sounds while you sink deeper in Savasana cocooned in your blankets.

Afterwards you may want to add some nourishment and will be offered heart opening organic hot cacoa from Earthshine and grounding snacks as well as the opportunity to browse the beautiful retail space of Sattva Yoga Gear or gently connect with others.

Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and connection to self.
