Please note that to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, no individuals under the age of 21 are allowed to enter the competition, and no individuals under the age of 18 are allowed to join the judge's panel.

How the Tickets Work:

Rules and Regulations: South African Concentrate Cup

Eligibility:

a. The South African Concentrate Cup is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older.

b. Participants must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding cannabis use and possession.

Entry Guidelines:

a. Participants may enter their cannabis concentrates or extracts in one or multiple categories: Best Hash, Best Solventless, Best Solvent-based, Best Artisanal, and Best Concentrate Pen.

b. Each entry must be accompanied by complete and accurate information, including strain details, extraction method, and any relevant lab testing results, if available.

c. Entries should be submitted within the specified entry deadline.

Judging Process:

a. The judging panel, consisting of 50 public connoisseurs, will evaluate each entry based on predefined criteria, including aroma, flavor, potency, appearance, and overall quality.

b. Judging will be conducted in blind testing sessions to ensure impartiality and fairness.

c. Judges' decisions are final and binding.

Safety and Compliance:

a. All entries must comply with their own class's regulations governing the extraction and final products.

b. Budtenders chosen by the event are responsible for ensuring the safety and proper handling of their entries throughout the event.

c. Any violation of safety protocols or non-compliance with regulations may result in disqualification.

Intellectual Property and Copyright:

a. Participants retain ownership of their entries but grant the South African Concentrate Cup and House of Extractions the right to use images, descriptions, and any related content for promotional purposes.

b. Participants must ensure that their entries do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Code of Conduct:

a. Participants, attendees, and staff are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the event.

b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate removal from the premises.

The South African Concentrate Cup and House of Extractions reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or non-compliant with the event's guidelines.
