  • UPDATE your FICA forms & explanation on how to use IEASA FICA Pack
  • TFS list on FIC Website
  • Directive 6 - The risk and compliance return must be submitted to the FIC no later than 17:00 on Wednesday, 31 May 2023
  • Directive 8 – all employees screening and risk rating with immediate effect
  • Effected changes to be applied and how:
  • Compliance - supervision
  • FPEP/DPEP/PIP
  • Registration & updating GoAML
  • Reporting & Registration
  • Beneficial Ownership
  • Understanding ML/TF/PF
  • Training of employees
  • Risk Rating- influences / process
  • Record keeping
  • How to keep updated: The FIC communicated changes through – Website, Publications, Compliance guidance notes, General notices, Videos, Schedules amendments, Podcasts. Interaction with industry, - Information sessions, Events, Media releases. PCCs, Guidance Notes, Directives, Gazette changes.


Everybody who has attended previous FICA workshops is welcome. This one will ONLY Focus on how to apply the FIC changes.
