Come and dance in a magical winter wonderland! Watch the sun rise over the sea and celebrate being alive! Wear your fluffy winter coats, your funkiest winter garments and, under all those layers, bright funky clothes to boogie in once you are waaarm. See you by the sea under the morning sun! <3
WHAT TO EXPECT
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up.
