Having just released a new single(21st April 2023) entitled "New Resistance" The Brother Moves On return to Cape Town for a weekend of gigs to welcome in the Winter Season. The three gigs are distinct from one another with the first being a dinner party, the second an art studio party and the last an out of town gig in Muizenberg.
The first gig is hosted by long time collaborator and big brother Mr Breeze Yoko and is a daytime party at an art studio that borders Woodstock and Salt River.

JAB A JAW - one of Johannesburg's most prolific DJ's who is a member of the Open Format crew that hosts a popular session every Friday and Saturday at BarBar Blacksheep in Rosebank Johannesburg.
LURABISHI - The Brother Moves On have dubbed this selector as the Mayor of Cape Town, a mainstay of the Cape Town live music and DJ scene.
SIMZ JAZZINMOTION - Drummer for the Brother Moves On who dabbles in the expressive art of Djaying.
BANDS:
KUJENGA is a celebration of community, African cultures and connectedness. Its roots are in the traditional communal style of jazz shows that honour different artists, genres and inspirations while creating new and contemporary soundscapes.
