ABOUT
At Together, we are dedicated to providing an all-inclusive music experience that brings people from diverse backgrounds together to enjoy the magic of music. Our commitment goes beyond just entertainment; we ensure that every event is designed with the utmost attention to safety. We adhere to strict safety protocols to create a secure environment for all attendees, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the festivities without any concerns. Our team works closely with local authorities and security professionals to maintain high standards of safety, ensuring that every participant can enjoy the event with peace of mind.
We regret to inform you that the parents' lounge will not be accessible due to transport challenges with our supplies, which are circumstances beyond our control. However, we do have open parking bays where parents or lift clubs can drop off their guests. We invite parents to visit the venue anytime between 3 PM and 5 PM to do a walk-through and see the experience we are setting up for the teens today.
Tickets are sold at the door: General Entry - R300 VIP - R400 Backstage - R450
Doors Open: 5:20 PM - 12 AM
Safety Measures:
- A full medical and security team will be on-site, trained to handle any situations or emergencies.
- Cigarettes, tobacco, vapes, alcohol, food, medication, liquids, and any sharp or dangerous objects are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- All safety plans and event structuring are done in conjunction with the City of Cape Town's Events Permitting Office.
Event Logistics:
- Please arrange for parents or a lift club to collect attendees no later than midnight.
- We maintain a strict no pass-out and no re-entry policy, unless pre-arranged with an official.
- Exclusively for individuals aged 13-18. Those turning 18 in 2024 will be granted access, but those turning 19 in 2024 will not.
Ticketing Information:
- Tickets can be purchased by parents or friends in their name and transferred to another person. Entry is recorded via QR code, not the name on the ticket.
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for food & beverages on the day.
Venue: Address: Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth
Drop & Go: We have a drop-and-go section allocated inside the premises that allows for parents to drop off and collect their kids. We recommend that all lift clubs arrive before midnight.
Items for sale at the show: Non-alcoholic beverages, water, and food vendor items.

Dear Parents and Event Attendees,
At Together Music, the safety and security of our attendees are paramount. As an Under-18 event brand, we have established strict rules to ensure a positive and safe environment at our youth festivals. Our zero-tolerance policy addresses negative attitudes, racism, hate speech, profanity, indecent or discriminatory behavior, and disrespect. These measures are enforced in collaboration with the City of Cape Town and the South African Police Service to provide a secure and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Bad Weather:
Please be advised that we reserve the right to postpone the event if inclement weather is forecasted. To ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees in cold weather, we want to assure parents that we take all necessary precautions seriously. If postponement is required, it will occur within a two-month period.
Postponements / Cancellations / Adjustments:
Together Music Experiences reserves the sole right to postpone, cancel, or modify this show due to reasons including, but not limited to, inclement weather, safety concerns, high demand for tickets, low ticket sales, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, riots, strikes, technical issues, artist availability or any other other reason. Any necessary postponements will be scheduled to occur within a three-month period. Should such a postponement take place, each ticket buyer will receive access to the rescheduled show. Refunds will not be issued for postponed events, but tickets will remain valid for the new date. Notification of any changes will be communicated via email, social media, and our official website. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
