Join Laura Kropman of Gatherings of The Wild and the Veld and Sea wild chef in the dreamy Glasshouse, for a 7 course vegetarian meal sharing the flavours of autumn. This is the first of a pop up series that explores and showcases what is available for harvest during each season.


Using food as the medium for learning and understanding, together we'll explore seasonality and wild flavours, getting to know what the land has to offer during this time. So often we buy produce out of season, meaning it had big impact on the earth and most likely on our pockets too with very little impact when it comes to flavour and nutrition. Delicious dishes will be eaten at thoughtfully decorated long tables and through ingredients storytelling, we’ll learn the tastes of the season.

Expect plant forward food that honours the ingredients, cooked in ways that bring forth natures innate magic!

Wild Rosemary Tartlet w/ Dark Chocolate Confetti Bush Mousse, Fresh Figs & Compote
