We are excited to announce the 1st Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Africa Summit. This will be taking place in South Africa July 2023 and will coincide with Mandela Day.

The CQ Africa Summit will be an unique opportunity to gain new insights, network with like-minded individuals, and celebrate the legacy of Nelson Mandela.

Mandela Day is a global call to action that encourages people to make a positive difference in their communities. This year Mandela Day is unique in that it is set to take place in the year that we are commemorating 10 years since Mandela’s death and what would have been his 105th birthday.

At the CQ Africa Summit, you will hear from keynote speakers and participate in interactive sessions that cover a range of topics relating to cultural intelligence, diversity, and global leadership, with a particular focus on the relationship between CQ & Social Justice.

You will also have the chance to connect with other attendees, share your experiences, and build new relationships.

Highlights of the CQ Summit:

•           Visits to Soweto, Apartheid Museum, the constitutional Court, Mandela's house and office.

•           Interactive sessions that cover a range of topics related to CQ.

•           Opportunities to strengthen relationships within the CQ community from around the world.
