The bootcamp is for every fitness level, so bring your best foot forward for some fitness fun day
- We have some AMAZING trainers who will take you through various fun routines from HIIT Training, functional training, to Yoga and more.
- We will take you through a short calming meditation to help you increase your awareness
- Stand a chance to win amazing giveaways on the day from some awesome fitness brands
- Amazing goodie bag filled with healthy treats for you to enjoy. We always switching it up with our goodie bags
